Purchasing a car from interstate could have been quite a daunting experience but from our very first conversation I was so grateful at how easy you made it for me. Your customer service was faultless and the after sales service has shown me that you genuinely care for your customer’s satisfaction.

I hope these guys really are what the car dealers of the future will look like. Possibly Australia’s most non-stereotypical car dealers, being not in any way pushy or in any way interested in half-ass methods when it came to mechanical roadworthyness or contractual understanding.

I purchased a 2005 Mazda SP23 from Brisbane Car Shed and even after two months am still impressed with the whole sale. I had to replace my daily-driver Mazda 3 after the 2014 November hail storm caused it to be written off and wanted another Mazda 3 to replace it.
Finding a car online is easy but many that I saw in the flesh left a lot to be desired. The SP23’s condition was far better that what I’d expected from an 8 year old car (the paintwork still looks new with no dents or scratches, the engine bay was actually clean, and it included new tyres) and I still can’t fault driving it after 2 months. I saw the car and took it for a test drive on a Saturday, put down a deposit then and there, and once Brisbane Car Shed had registered the car in my name, including RWC, I collected the car. The whole process was very slick, probably helped because I knew exactly what I wanted, yet at no time did I feel any sale pressure from the guys at Brisbane Car Shed.

I wish I had something to suggest (to improve) but I think you both do it extremely well. With no sales people there waiting to make sales, your costs are kept very acceptable thus very appealing to prospective clients.

It was nice to deal with a couple of decent guys in the otherwise ratbag industry.
